Returns Policy

1. All returns must take place within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items must be unopened, unused, have all the original packaging, and be in good resalable condition.
3. We do NOT accept personal reasons including but not limited to personal tastes, preferences, like or dislike as the reasons for exchange/refund. 
4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Return shipping cost is at customer's expense and is non-refundable.
6. Theo Pet Food Factory is not responsible for any lost package.
7. Final Sale items may not be returned.
8. Theo Pet Food Factory reserves the right to make final decisions.
9. Should there be any dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at Theo Pet Food Factory within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from Theo Pet Food Factory.
